Court Administration is responsible for providing services to aid the judiciary in the daily operations of the court.  The Court Administration staff are responsible for implementing the Circuit’s programs and services including mediation, case management, technological support, court reporting, human resources, court interpreting, senior judge usage, maintaining the Circuit’s Master Calendar, and cooperating with clerks of court, judicial assistants, and security personnel on diverse issues such as jury management, courtroom use, and courthouse security.  Court Administration is also responsible for providing legal research for the judiciary, serving as the liaison between the bench and various public and private committees, maintaining trial court statistics, and compiling reports for the Office of the State Courts Administrator in Tallahassee. 

The Court Administrator works closely with the Chief Judge on the development of the Circuit’s budget, policies, and programs, and acts as the Circuit’s liaison to local and statewide committees. The Court Administrator is also responsible for ensuring that staff is in place to support the judiciary.
